Every client leaves a consultation with a written record of the options discussed. This belongs to the client and is theirs to keep regardless of what step they choose next.

We do not rotate between commercial, property, and family work depending on the week's caseload. Our practice is focused only on family law. All of our continuing professional development reflects this.
Strict confidentiality from first contact
Our confidentiality protocols apply from the first message or call — not only after a formal engagement. We do not discuss client matters in any form without explicit consent.
The client sets the pace
A family situation is not a transaction. Clients move through the process at a rate that suits their readiness. We do not create pressure to decide or proceed before a client is comfortable.
Clear, stated fees in Thai Baht
Our fees are stated in Thai Baht and are disclosed at the outset of each service. There are no billing surprises. The cost of a consultation is 4,300 THB. Protective order preparation is 8,500 THB. Long-term family plan drafting is 13,200 THB.

Our principal adviser has practised Thai family law since 2012 and has experience across the full range of domestic matters that come before Bangkok courts and authorities. Family law processes can feel opaque — it is often unclear where a matter stands or what happens next. We address this directly. After every significant step, a written record is provided to the client. No decision affecting the conduct of a matter is made without first checking with the client. The process is always visible to the person at the centre of it.

This means correspondence is replied to promptly, meetings are not rushed, and each person who comes to us receives attention rather than being processed through a high-volume system. Fees and value
Known costs, stated plainly
Family law fees are often unclear until a bill arrives. We set fees for each service at the outset and do not add to them without agreement. The cost of a first consultation covers the meeting and a written note. There is nothing additional charged for the note, for follow-up questions about it, or for the time taken to make it accurate.

The items below are not standard practice at most Bangkok family law offices. They reflect choices we have made about how to serve clients well.
The consultation note belongs to you
After a Domestic Relations Consultation, the written note summarising the situation and options is the client's document — to keep, share with a trusted person, or reference later. We do not hold it back to create dependency on further consultations.
Annual review schedule for family plans
Long-term family plan clients receive a scheduled annual review appointment so the document can be revisited as the family's circumstances change. This is included in the service, not billed additionally.
Bilingual document handling
Clients requiring documents in both Thai and English are accommodated as part of the service. This is relevant particularly for protective order matters and long-term plans where a non-Thai-speaking client is involved.
Appointments outside standard hours on request
Clients with working hours that make a daytime appointment difficult can arrange a meeting at another time. We accommodate this where possible because we recognise that not everyone can take time away from work mid-week.
