The first meeting is a listening session. We ask only what we need to understand your situation, and we explain the relevant framework in plain language. At the end, we provide a short written note recording the options available. There is no pressure to take any step at that meeting.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. Everything discussed in a consultation is held in strict confidence. We do not share client information with any party outside the practice without explicit written agreement from the client.
How long does a protective order process typically take?
Thai courts handle protective applications on varying timelines depending on urgency and court schedule. We will give you a realistic assessment at the outset, and we keep you informed at each meaningful step so you are never left waiting without knowing where things stand.
Can I take the consultation note away with me?
Yes. The written note from a Domestic Relations Consultation belongs to you. It is yours to keep and refer to regardless of whether you decide to take any further step with us or elsewhere.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB). We accept bank transfer and standard card payments. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking.
Do I need to bring documents to the first meeting?
There is no strict requirement. If you have documents that feel relevant — correspondence, an existing agreement, or any formal record — you are welcome to bring them. We will work with whatever you are comfortable sharing, and we can advise on what documentation may be useful at a later point if needed.
Is the long-term plan a binding legal document?
The long-term family plan is a working framework designed to be adjusted as your situation evolves. Its legal character depends on the specific provisions included. We will explain which elements can be given formal legal effect and which are intended as practical guidance, so you understand exactly what you are holding.
